How to Subscribe to Online Play for Real Deal Live Games

I have created a tutorial on how to set up your new subscription to Reel Deal LIVE. 

There seems to be a lot of confusion about how it will bill, what you should choose.

We have created our new billing system to bill everyone that signs up during the next trial at the same time.  If you wish to subscribe to LIVE, you will need to go to the Phantom Store, and choose a package that includes EVERYTHING you want to keep.  Even if you already have a Vegas subscription, if you want to keep it too you need to choose a package that includes Vegas.

Now when you do this, you will be billed at the end of the trial period for the package you chose, MINUS any time you have already paid for on Vegas, or the remasters.

So when you choose your package, remember to check mark the package that includes all the games you still want to play.  Do NOT cancel any existing subscriptions because if you do, you will lose the credit for them when you subscribe to a new package.

So let's say you want to have both LIVE and Vegas, and you already have a 3 month subscription to Vegas.

If you choose the package with both games, and it costs 203.00 when you get billed, it will deduct the 3 months you already paid for in Vegas then bill you for the rest.

So you do get credit for any time already paid for, as long as you do NOT cancel it beforehand.

If you are trying to subscribe and it says 'not a compatible upgrade', it is because you are not choosing a package that contains what you already have, and LIVE also.  If you have Vegas, and want to keep it and also get LIVE, you must choose a package that contains Vegas and LIVE.

To subscribe to Reel Deal LIVE or Vegas Online, go to the Phantom EFX web site, click Store, then Click Subscriptions on the left hand side as shown below.
 

Read all the descriptions of the various packages available, and place a check mark in the package you wish.  The pricing options will be shown at the top of the column, as shown below.  Place a dot in the box that shows how you wish to pay, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or yearly.

Once you have chosen your package, scroll to the bottom and click purchase.

Log in with your email address and password, and input your billing information.

Note that after your free trial is up, you will be billed the total cost of your package MINUS any credit you have on your existing subscription.  So if you already have a Vegas subscription that runs through May ( as an example), the amount of time you have left on it, will be deducted from your total bill, and you will then be billed for the difference, after your free trial is over.

If you do not choose a package that includes LIVE, you will not have access to all of the slots and tables in LIVE.  You will only have 7 slots and 7 tables unlocked.

Also note that you will only receive Indian Spirit 2 and the two free boxed games, if you choose to pay yearly.

If you have a subscription to Vegas online already and wish to subscribe to LIVE only, you will need to log into your store acct first, and click Subscription, then Cancel All.  After doing so, you may then subscribe to LIVE as above.

You will still get the remaining time left on your Vegas account.
