Managing Your Account
As a subscriber to the Reel Deal Live service, you can manage your own account, such as changing addresses, updating credit card information, etc.
There are two ways to access your subscriber account. One is to launch the game, and choose Account from the log in screen.
You can also click Manage Account to access your account.
In both instances the following screen with open, and you would click Manage Account.
On the following screen enter your Email address and password.
Once logged in you will see the following choices
View My Payment History
Update Billing Address/Credit Card
Cancel Reel Deal Live Subscription
Change Email Address
Add CD Subscription
Click View My Payment History and a history of your payments made, and your subscriber downloads are shown. This is where you would download your subscriber slots to install them for offline play, or if you got a new pc.
Update Billing Address/Credit Card
This is where you would change or update your address, credit card or billing
method. You would also check the box below to have a monthly update CD
sent to you at a charne of 1.99
Change Email Address
This is where you would change your email address and password. Please add
any pertinent information in the Questions/Comments box. This normally
takes 24-48 hours to be processed.
Cancel Reel Deal Live Subscription
This is where you must cancel your subscription if you choose not to continue
the service.
Your account is automatically rebilled each period unless
you cancel it at this link.
Note that the Terms of Service state that there are no refunds on subscription
fees.
