Belt Tournaments

A Belt Tourney is an invitation-only tourney for those players who have been ranked first in the eligible slot or in the top five in tables/poker,  since the last belt tourney.

The casino ranks players based on how well they do in the game.  You will be ranked in every game you play at least one hand/spin in.  The rankings are very complicated and take a lot of factors into consideration, such how long it's been since you played last, how many hands you win or lose, and how well you do in tournaments and much more.

We want the rankings to be fairly volatile, so it is not uncommon to see someone fall from the top 50 fairly fast, or someone come up from 1500th place to the top 50 within a week.  The top ranked player in each game will be denoted with an icon connected to his/her player box.

The top ranked players in eligible games will be invited to special "invitational" tournaments.  These tournaments are held at different times, and will depend on the number of players eligible. 

The winner of these "Invitationals", will be awarded a special "Belt" which will be displayed on their player box.

 They will hold this belt until the next Invitational and a new player is awarded it.

You can view your rankings by clicking the "Ranking" tab from the 2D lobby list....

 ......and then use the drop down list to view the rankings for all eligible games. 

Click the Invitation tab to view the players eligible for the next Invitational tournaments. 

Click the Belt tab to view players currently holding the "Belt" for various games.

Eligibility for the Slot Belt Tournament will require that you are ranked first at some point since the last Belt tournament.

Eligibility for the Table Games/Poker Belt Tournament will require that you are ranked in the top 5 at some point since the last Belt tournament.

If you are eligible for an invite to a "Belt" tournament, you will receive an in-game email with the tournament number on it.  Belt tourneys are listed on the schedule in pink.

NOTE:  Be sure to check the start time for your particular time zone, by highlighting the tournament and looking at the right side window.

If you are eligible, you simply join the tournament prior to it's start.

Note that after each belt tournament, rankings are cleared and you must become eligible again to be invited to the next belt tournament, even if you did not play in the current one.  The defending champion will automatically be eligible to defend his/her title at the next belt tourney.
