When did you become a Pit Boss and what was the driving force behind your decision to become one?

I became a Pit Boss at the beginning of July 2007.  I found myself answering a lot of the questions that members had and thought that it would be great to join the EFX team and get the chance to help others get their best out of the game.

What has been the most rewarding experience of this position?

I would say that the most rewarding experience for me would be getting the chance to test the games prior to them coming out and helping catch the errors before they go live.  Of course I love the Perks that comes with the position such as free subscription, etc...Who wouldn't love that?  

What part of the Country are you from? 
 
I'm originally from Chicago, IL but I currently reside in Memphis, TN 

Do you have a favorite game in the Casino? What is it (or they)?

I would have to say that Chicago Hi and Crazy Four Poker are my all time favorites.  A couple of my favorite slots is Riches of the Rain Forest from Gold Rush and Checkout Counter from Bonus Mania. 

What has been the craziest scenario you have seen in the Casino (that you can tell us About)?  

 I have to say that I honestly can't recall one, so very sorry.  Did I mention that interviews make me very nervous? 

Favorite song and band? 

I would have to say that my favorite song is Come to my Window by my FAVORITE artist, Melissa Ethridge.

How often have you forgotten or mixed up the /g or /r ? Fess up!

LOL!!!  I would have to say not all that often because I double check to make sure most times but who doesn't mix them up every once and a while?  Maybe 10-15 times since I've been with Phantom.

Phantom has obviously become a part of your life, would you say that you agree that the "People Factor" is half the attraction of the Casino Experience?

Definitely!  When I first purchased Bonus Mania which was my first part of the Expansion, I played offline for about a week and I really enjoyed it.  But when I subscribed to the online Casino it made a world of a difference being able to chat with others live.

Personally I think that all the PB's have the patience of a Saint, what would you say is your strongest virtue?  
 
Actually, that's it exactly.  Patience is my strongest virtue. 

How did you get into online gaming? How did you find out about Phantom? 

I started out playing Sims online and it was a lot of fun, then came Pogo for a little while.  That's how I got into online gaming.

I purchased my first game from Comp USA or Circuit City.  I can't really recall which, but it was the Bonus Mania expansion and after playing it for a week I noticed that there was an option to play online so I thought I would give it a try and here and I am, still here.  It wasn't a week later that I purchased Mystic Forest and the rest followed shortly after, lol. 

Have you ever played any online games in the past and if so , what were they?
 
 Sims and Pogo 

What does your family think about Phantom, do they play as well? 
 
Yes my Mom absolutely loves Phantom and my boyfriend plays too.  :)

How do they feel about you being a PitBoss? 

My Mom doesn't really say a whole lot about it but she does find the time to ask me every day.  "Do you have to PB today?"  LOL  And I have to tell her yes Mom, from this time to that time or No Mom not today...

What's your favorite Ice Cream Flavor?

Oh yummy!  My favorite is Peppermint by Angel Food.   

If you could win a brand new vehicle, what would it be? 

I so adore trucks so it would definitely be an Avalanche.

If you could win an all expense paid vacation- where would you choose to go?

I would love to take a Caribbean Cruise to Jamaica and the Keys.    

What is or was your favorite cartoon? 

I don't watch cartoons
