When did you become a Pit Boss and what was the driving force behind your decision to become one?

Back in 2005 I worked on another gaming site as a Host. The hosting program was organized and run by a woman named Linda.
A woman that later would become a dear and trusted friend. One day during one of our conversations she very excitedly began to tell me about a new company she had recently found out about. She wanted to know if I would be interested in "going on a wild ride with her". For months she worked and trained a group of different people from around the world that I now consider my extended family. We anxiously prepared for the day that the Casino Games would go LIVE!!!!! We were going to actually be there "in the Casino", answering questions, giving tours and best of all welcoming our NEW friends HOME. I was fortunate enough along with another dear friend AirbossEFX aka Ernie to be partnered on the 1st shift on September 9th, the moment the games went live. I used the name Angelic for the first week or so. But players that I had met were becoming confused when I would log in on my player name....Lucky...and continue a conversation with them. So I changed to LuckyEFX.

I digress...back to the question....I guess I would have to say seeing from the very beginning Linda's enthusiasm over what has now become........Phantom EFX Online Casino....and my having seen how the other community thrived while under her leadership, it was a very easy decision.

What has been the most rewarding experience of this position?

What part of the Country are you from?

I am actually a native Floridian. Even though I have loved living in South Carolina for 25 years, I still consider myself a Floridian, kind of hard to erase the smells sights sounds of Florida from my mind or heart.

Do you have a favorite game in the Casino? What is it (or they)?

My favorite games change constantly with the ever growing Casino.
When testing the games my 1st favorite was Academy. I would sit here almost trembling when I would trigger the bonus round. I still get a rush every time I go in the bonus round, lol. Then I discovered Fact or Fiction. I love trivia and found that game to be a great challenge. With the newer games I found myself playing Tarot and Lava Loot more and more. Now with the remastered games Zooland has become my favorite.

As far as table games I thoroughly enjoy playing most of them, especially Oklahoma 3 Card, Craps and 6-5-4.
Poker games, well I find Texas Hold'em a fun challenge. But really like Chicago Hi.

Favorite song and band?

Not a band, but just typing this persons name makes my heart beat faster..........

If you ever in your life have an opportunity to attend one of his concerts do not pass it up.
His was the 1st concert my children attended. A surprise birthday present from my son for me. He saved all his tip money from his summer job and both the family tickets!!! My kids grew up listening to him and I didn't realize how much of an influence just having his music playing in our home all the time had on them. We stood up the entire concert, them singing and dancing with me, lol.
My favorite song is actually....What a wonderful World by Louis Armstrong

How often have you forgotten or mixed up the /g or /r ? Fess up!

Really not very often.........but I do at times have a habit of typing fast and hitting enter before I am done.
One day while answering a question as I normally do ending it with "hon".......my pinky got excited and hit enter before I typed the N. Yikes call me embarrassed.....and that moment happened to be when the "resident comedians" were in the lobby....boy did they have fun with that one.......I was laughing so hard I had tears streaming down my face and could barely see the monitor. I composed myself long enough to apologize to that player.

Phantom has obviously become a part of your life, would you say that you agree that the "People Factor" is half the attraction of the Casino Experience?

No I don't agree. For me at least the People Factor is more like 75%
I have been a stay-at-home mom for over 20 years. I used to volunteer at my children's schools until they reached High School and parent volunteers were replaced with student-office assistants. With my children both off in school now...my son in his senior year of college, my daughter in her senior year in High School, I spend a lot of time alone during the day.
So coming in to the casino for me, I guess would be comparable to people that have a job outside of the home and enjoy their workplace, coworkers and clients.

When I say good morning....I really mean I hope you are having a great morning.
When I congratulations........I too feel the proudness for you when you win a tournament or complete a chosen task.
When I say thank you............What someone has just said to me meant a lot.
When I say you are welcome.....Whatever it is that I have helped you with and received a thank in reply, was appreciated.

How did you get into online gaming? How did you find out about Phantom?

Answering this question I would have to go back to the 1st answer I gave.
The 1st online community game I purchased was Hoyle. I later became a Host the equivalent of what we call a pitboss in our community, working under the guidance and leadership of our Casino Manager Linda.

Have you ever played any online games in the past and if so , what were they?

Hoyle's.....poker, Parcheesi, mostly word yacht.
Iwin's.....wordscape
Almost any word gaming community I can find online.

What does your family think about Phantom, do they play as well? How do they feel about you being a PitBoss?

Unfortunately none of my family members play Phantom games. They do, however respect the fact that I take pride in being involved with this community....except for those times when I get a little too involved in a game and don't pay attention to a question being asked here at home........(gave the kids my bank card one day and permission to use it without remembering to give them a budget, lol). When I get new games to test, the kids will come in and try them out for a bit and give me their opinions.

If you could win a brand new vehicle, what would it be?

Never really thought about that one.
I own my second Durango so I guess when a new model comes out if I could win one of those I would graciously accept it, lol.

If you could win an all expense paid vacation- where would you choose to go?

Somewhere exotic. An island maybe. Anywhere that I can be surrounded by water, to go swimming, fishing, boating, diving, snorkeling or just sitting and enjoying one of natures wonders....oh and lots and lots of fresh picked fruits, or trees available where I can pick and eat my own.....(almost sounds like Florida or maybe Myrtle Beach, Charleston or Hilton Head Island...my other favorite places to visit lol)

What is or was your favorite cartoon?

That would have to be The Flintstones.
I remember when I was young, there was this "machine" I got for Christmas....can't remember the name of it now. But it was a little record player with a projector on it. Sort of a view-master with sound and projection. My best friend and I would spend hours in my bedroom closet watching The Flintstones on it.
