When did you become a Pit Boss and what was the driving force behind your decision to become one?

I became a pitboss in Jan 2006. I was involved in the Beta Testing and was on the game all the time anyway.

What has been the most rewarding experience of this position?

I think the most rewarding is helping players with their problems to a satisfactory level.

What part of the Country are you from?

Midwest - Nebraska

Do you have a favorite game in the Casino? What is it (or they)?

One of my favorites is WildPower. I also like Indian Spirit and Tarot.

What has been the craziest scenario you have seen in the Casino (that you can tell us about)?

When I first started, there was a food fight in the lobby and I was made to clean up the mess afterward. My back hurt after that one, trying to get the spaghetti noodles out from between the buttons and the gravy stains off the tables was an initiation experience. I was told that if it wasn’t spotless I would have to answer to Lucky.

Favorite song and band?

I like Elvis Presley music, one of my favorite is Blue Suede Shoes

How often have you forgotten or mixed up the /g or /r ? Fess up!

At least once a night, probably avg 2 bloopers per session

Phantom has obviously become a part of your life, would you say that you agree that the "People Factor" is half the attraction of the Casino Experience?

Yes, although the games are fantastic, I think the interaction with the other players online is one thing I like about this game.

Personally I think that all the PB's have the patience of a Saint, what would you say is your strongest virtue?

I think patience would be one of my stronger virtues and determination to assist in keeping this the best online games available today.

How did you get into online gaming? How did you find out about Phantom?

I initially received my first casino game for Christmas one year think it was Vol 1 and 2 and expanded from there. I applied to become a tester and hence the online gaming experience commenced. Before this game I did not do online gaming.

Have you ever played any online games in the past and if so , what were they?

No. Phantom is my first real experience at online gaming.

What does your family think about Phantom, do they play as well?

My kids have played periodically when they come over but for the most part it is just me.

How do they feel about you being a PitBoss?

They are supportive of me in my PB role.

If you could win a brand new vehicle, what would it be?

Lamborghini.

If you could win an all expense paid vacation- where would you choose to go?

I think a Caribbean Cruise would be nice.

What is or was your favorite cartoon?

As a kid I like the Fantastic Four.
