When did you become a Pit Boss and what was the driving force behind your decision to become one? 

I started out as a Beta tester for the games. When it came time to launch for online, I knew I had to be there. I knew online was going to be a good thing.  I also knew what I was getting into when I applied to be a Pit boss. I do customer service ( internet support) for a living. Getting to meet Shurm and Josh was a deciding factor. They take time out of their day to read the boards and respond. They take time to come in the game once in a while as well. They are Honest People. I would not be a Pit boss if they weren’t. 
 
What has been the most rewarding experience of this position?

I Like Helping People. I know I Cannot help everyone, but knowing that I have helped in some manor is rewarding. Also there are the few peeps that no matter what, will stop in the Lobby and say Good morning or have a nice day and thank you for being there.

What part of the Country are you from?
 
Well that is a toughie. I have actually lived in 33 states and 3 countries. I currently Live in Las Vegas.

Do you have a favorite game in the Casino? What is it (or they)? 

Favorite Game ? Well to be Honest, I am a Slot Junkie. There are so many to choose from, so it is kind of hard to just pick one or two.
 
What has been the craziest scenario you have seen in the Casino (that you can tell us about)? 

The day that all my chat was backwards. No matter what I tried, all my chat was backwards. I had to leave the game and come back in.

Lee Greenwood " Proud to be an American" and The Eagles " Get Over It"

How often have you forgotten or mixed up the /g or /r ? Fess up!

LOL..I do this more than I care to. Really gets bad when you multiple Private messages.

Phantom has obviously become a part of your life, would you say that you agree that the "People Factor" is half the attraction of the Casino Experience?

Definitely . Can’t have a casino with out people. We have Members from all over the world which makes it Great.

Personally I think that all the PB's have the patience of a Saint, what would you say is your strongest virtue?  

I totally agree. You have to have Patience. You just cannot do this job if you don’t.

How did you get into online gaming? How did you find out about Phantom? 

I was Looking for something fun. My wife and I were playing someone else’s slots. I ran across Phantom slots one day and brought them home. We both looked at each other and saw the quality of the Phantom slots compared to others. We have been hooked ever since.

Have you ever played any online games in the past and if so , what were they?

Not really. Phantom is the first and Only online game. I am real picky about what I do online as far as games go.

What does your family think about Phantom, do they play as well? 

They are ok with it. My Wife (dtweety) plays on line and loves it. Our Daughter only plays offline for now. She even got our Grandkids hooked on them.

How do they feel about you being a PitBoss? 

It does not bother them one bit. LOL.

If I had to choose, I would have to say Rocky Road.

If you could win a brand new vehicle, what would it be? 

Does it have to be Brand New ? I would rather have a 1968 Stingray or 1967 Mustang.

If you could win an all expense paid vacation- where would you choose to go?

Australia. I always wanted to go there.
