When did you become a Pit Boss and what was the driving force behind your decision to become one?

I have been a Pit Boss since the Casino went live in 2005. I wanted to be a Pit Boss because I like to help people

What has been the most rewarding experience of this position? The most frustrating?

The most rewarding is when a new player thanks me for assisting them and they say Thank You. The most frustrating is especially after a crash, the players get rowdy and sometimes down right rude.

What part of the Country are you from?

I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia

Do you have a favorite game in the Casino? What is it (or they)?

I like all the slots except Guitar Guru and I do rather well at Cray 4 Card Poker

What has been the craziest scenario you have seen in the Casino (that you can tell us about)?

I guess it has been crazy a few times but then with 600 or 700 people in a group its bound to be crazy

Favorite song and band?

Well I am a Country Music Fan My favorite ALL Time singer is Marty Robbins, I guess partly because I knew him personally. My favorite song is God Bless The USA by Lee Greenwood

How often have you forgotten or mixed up the /g or /r ? Fess up!

Oh I like any other player do it at least once a day. I guess my biggest problem is when I go to type the it seems to come out teh

Phantom has obviously become a part of your life, would you say that you agree that the "People Factor" is half the attraction of the Casino Experience?

Yes it is a big part of my life and yes that is a big part of the attraction

Personally I think that all the PB's have the patience of a Saint, what would you say is your strongest virtue?

I think it would have to be that I do not get mad easily and forgive very quickly

How did you get into online gaming? How did you find out about Phantom?

I have been a Phantom Customer since the first Reel Deal came out. So when I saw they were going online I had to get into it

Have you ever played any online games in the past and if so , what were they?

I have tried Pogo, Hoyle and a few other sites, but they do not hold my interest

What does your family think about Phantom, do they play as well?

Yes my wife plays.

How do they feel about you being a PitBoss?

As long as it does not interfere with our lives it is ok .

I have seen in the Lobby that you are a Nascar fan (me too!), do you often get to go to races and who is your favorite driver and team?

Yes I am a Loooooooong Time Nascar fan, in fact in the middle to late 70s I was a crew Chief for several teams. I do not get to go to many races at all but always am in front of the TV for a race My favorite drivers will always be Richard Petty and Bobby Allison
